Carinthian Championships - prelude

This weekend the Carinthian Championships will commence in the holy halls of our gaming club "Gilead". So the Hivefleet Aurantius is preparing 1.850 points of DNA-hungry creatures to drop out of the sky and devour everything that moves.



1st mission will be about KP, the second has a big blast template in the middle of the table as MO (controlled by standing on top of it) and the third mission will be a brawl about 5 MOs. KP and 5 MOs strategies will be same as usual and the big blast MO will be spammed by drop pods ... well, thats the plan. We´ll see how it works. And now to the AL:

8 SM/CSM, 4 Orks (!!), 3 Eldar, 2 Imperials and 1 Tau, Necron and Tyranid (my own) army will fight for the title of the Carinthian Champ. I guess I won´t get it, because my army is not nearly finished (the Nids are fresh from the Brood Pool - assembled, based and just 4 colours, so they are only primed in my eyes) and there will be some points for painting. Well maybe I´ll get some conversion points for the 4 mycethic spores and the Tervigon.

But what the heck, I expect this tournament to be fun and that´s the way I´ll play it. With fearfull threaths and crazy giggling at the beginning and pathetic girlish whincing at the end. So stay tuned, this saturday the tournament starts and on sunday you´ll get a BatRep.
